EASYMDCONVERT · UPDATED 28 OCTOBER 2026

Terms of Service

Using the service

By using EasyMDConvert you agree to these terms and to use the tools only for material you are permitted to process. The service provides browser conversion, temporary-worker conversion, document review and rich sample workflows. Individual tool pages explain the available output and whether conversion runs locally or uses the temporary worker. No account or payment is required for the active guest workspace.

Your content and copyright

You retain ownership of your source files and resulting documents. You grant only the limited permission needed to perform a conversion you request; no ownership transfer or right to train AI on your content is created. You are responsible for obtaining consent and complying with copyright, confidentiality, and other obligations that apply to the material.

Limits and acceptable use

Guest limits are 10 MB per document or image, 5 MB per raw text or code file, 5 files per batch, and 25 MB combined input. Guest PDF conversion is limited to 50 pages. Do not attempt to bypass limits, upload malicious archives, exploit the service, scrape private resources, submit unlawful content, or interfere with other users. Unsupported formats receive an explanation rather than a fabricated output.

Accuracy and availability

Conversions are provided as is and as available without a warranty of accuracy, fitness for purpose, uninterrupted access, or compatibility with every reader. Verify important figures, quotations, links, and formatting before relying on or distributing output. PDF extraction and OCR can require especially careful review. The service is a formatting utility and does not validate source facts or provide professional advice.

Local history and downloads

Session history stays in your browser tab and is not a backup service. Browser settings, recovery features, quota limits, or manual wiping can affect its availability. Download any output you need to keep. You are responsible for safely handling downloads and for clearing history on shared devices.

Responsibility and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator is not liable for indirect losses or lost content resulting from use of the utility. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Tool availability and these terms may change; the dated version on this page governs continued use prospectively. Contact the operator through the contact page for a concern. Updated 28 October 2026.
